Many famous artisan suppliers got their first gig in Fields including Union Hall Smoked Fish, Gubbeen Cheese, Woodcock Smokery & Glenilen Farm are just some of the suppliers who started out in Fields many years ago, all of whom still deliver to us on a weekly basis.
